Access codes and accounts

Some parts of the site are invite-only. You are responsible for keeping your access code and account credentials confidential and for any activity taking place under them.

What we sell

IveVex releases limited-edition digital collectibles. Where offered, purchases take the form of fractional shares in a specific numbered edition of a piece. Shares represent a documented co-ownership record maintained by the studio. Detailed terms specific to these purchases are set out in the NFT Purchase Terms.

No investment advice

Digital collectibles are not investments and are not offered as such. Nothing on the site is financial, tax, or legal advice. Values can go down as well as up and may drop to zero.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape content, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

All artwork, imagery, text, and branding on the site are owned by the studio or its licensors. Purchasing a share grants you the co-ownership record described in the Purchase Terms; it does not transfer copyright.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. During pre-launch, features may change without notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IveVex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
