Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for purchases placed with IveVex.

Digital products - no right of return

All IveVex pieces are digital products delivered electronically. Once payment is confirmed and the digital certificate and co-ownership record have been issued to your account, the purchase is considered fully delivered and is non-refundable. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal for digital content is thereby waived to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Before checkout

You can leave the checkout at any time before payment is authorised at no cost. No shares are allocated until payment is successful.

After payment

Because the product is digital and delivered on confirmation, refunds are not available after payment except in the specific cases below.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a certificate or record has been issued incorrectly, we will correct it or, if that is not possible, refund the affected amount in full.

Unavailable editions

In the rare event that shares cannot be allocated after a successful charge - for example due to a technical concurrency error - we will refund the affected amount in full.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in the original transaction currency. Bank processing times outside our control may apply.
