Process
How it works
Browse a collection
Each work is published with its collection, its edition size, its creation date and the story behind it. Nothing is hidden behind a wallet connection or a login. Pricing is shown before you begin a purchase.
Choose a work and a share count
Larger works are divided into a fixed number of shares per edition. You choose how many shares you want, or enter your own amount. The price per share and the ownership percentage it represents are shown before you pay.
Complete payment
Payment is handled by our regulated payment provider on a hosted checkout page. IveVex never sees or stores your full card number. You will see the exact total, in your currency, before you confirm.
Ownership is registered
When the provider confirms the payment, your share allocation is written to our ownership register: the work, the edition number, the share range allocated to you, the amount paid and the timestamp. If an edition sells out mid-purchase, the remaining shares are allocated from the next edition and both ranges are recorded.
A certificate is issued
Each completed purchase produces a certificate with a unique reference number (format IV-YYYY-XXXX-XXXX). It states the buyer, the work, the edition, the share range and the ownership percentage. You can view and download it immediately, and it is retained in our records.
Optional on-chain registration - planned, not active
We intend to publish certificate references to a public blockchain so that any holder can independently verify a record without relying on us. This is not live today. No work sold to date has been minted, and we do not describe any purchase as an on-chain asset until it is.
Who is involved
Timing
Ownership registration and certificate issuance happen automatically as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment - normally within seconds. If a confirmation is delayed, our system re-checks the payment status directly with the provider and completes the registration when it clears. If anything remains unresolved after 24 hours, contact hi@ivevex.com with your payment reference.
What this is not
A purchase is a discretionary purchase of a digital artwork share. It is not a financial product, a security, a fund unit or a deposit. IveVex does not operate a secondary market, does not quote resale values and makes no statement about future value. Read Ownership explained for the full detail of what you do and do not receive.
