About IveVex

IveVex is an independent digital art studio. We design, produce and issue limited-edition digital works, and we keep a written record of who owns a share of each edition. This page sets out who we are, how we are organised and how to reach the right person.

Our story

IveVex began as a private working practice - a small group of designers and photographers producing work that was never intended for an open market. The pieces were printed in tiny runs, numbered by hand and given to people who asked for them. The record of who owned what was a spreadsheet and a signature.

The studio was formalised because that record stopped being good enough. Collectors wanted documentation they could keep, refer back to and pass on. IveVex exists to produce the work and to maintain that documentation properly: fixed editions, fixed share counts, a certificate for every purchase and a permanent entry in our own ledger.

Mission

To make owning a piece of digital art feel as considered and as documented as owning a physical one - without speculation, hype or promises of financial return. We sell art. We record ownership. That is the whole of the business.

How IveVex was founded

The studio operates today under the trading name Ivevex FZC LLC, a Free Zone Company registered in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (license / registration number 2624218544888). It grew out of commissioned design and photographic work, and moved to direct-to-collector releases so that edition sizes, pricing and provenance stayed under the studio's own control rather than a platform's.

We are deliberately small. We do not take outside capital, we do not run a secondary market, and we do not publish sales figures, collector counts or valuation claims. Where a number is not verifiable, we leave it out.

Our studio

Work is produced in-house: concept, capture or composition, colour, edition preparation and certificate issuance. Nothing is generated on demand and nothing is minted automatically in response to an order. Each collection is finished before it is offered. Read more about the working method on the Studio page.

Studio direction

Responsible for creative direction, collection planning and edition sizing. Named officers are published only where required for regulatory transparency.

Operations and compliance

Responsible for payments, refunds, sanctions and anti-money-laundering controls, data protection and customer support. Contact: hi@ivevex.com.

We do not list advisors, investors or partners we do not have.

Why we build digital collectibles

Because the work is made digitally and should be owned digitally, and because a fixed edition is an honest constraint. An edition of 25 is 25 - it cannot quietly become 250 later. Shares let more than one person hold a stake in a single edition without the studio inventing new supply to satisfy demand.

We are not a blockchain company. On-chain minting is not currently active, and we say so plainly rather than implying otherwise. See Transparency for exactly what a purchase does and does not include.
