Copyright Policy

This policy explains who owns the works published by IveVex, what holders and visitors may do with them, and how to report infringement.

Ownership of the works

All artwork, imagery, text, layout and branding on this site are owned by the studio or by a crediting collaborating artist, and are protected by copyright and related rights. Collaborators retain authorship of their underlying work and license it to the studio for release as a capped edition.

What a purchase grants

Buying shares gives you a documented co-ownership record in a numbered edition and a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view, display privately and keep a copy of the work for personal enjoyment. It does not transfer copyright and does not grant any commercial rights.

What is not permitted

• Commercial use, including merchandise, advertising or client work.
• Reproduction for sale in any format, physical or digital.
• Creating or distributing derivative works, including AI training or fine-tuning on the files.
• Removing or altering credits, watermarks, certificate numbers or metadata.
• Re-uploading files to marketplaces, minting services or stock libraries.

Editorial and press use

Journalists and reviewers may reproduce studio imagery in editorial coverage with the credit "Courtesy of Ivevex FZC LLC". Press assets are available from press@ivevex.com.

Reporting infringement

If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, send a notice to legal@ivevex.com including: your name and contact details; identification of the work you claim is infringed; the URL of the material complained of; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised; a statement that the information is accurate; and your signature.

We acknowledge notices within one business day and act on valid notices promptly, including removing or disabling access to the material. We accept counter-notices on the same terms and will restore material where a counter-notice is valid and unchallenged.

Repeat infringement

Accounts and relationships associated with repeat infringement are terminated.
