Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out how the IveVex website and services may be used. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Permitted use

Browsing the gallery, purchasing shares for yourself, holding and displaying works privately, and contacting the studio for support.

Prohibited conduct

• Using the service for any unlawful purpose, or to launder funds or evade sanctions.
• Paying with a payment instrument you are not authorised to use.
• Providing false, misleading or impersonated identity or contact details.
• Circumventing access controls, partner codes, rate limits or availability logic.
• Automated scraping, bulk downloading or systematic harvesting of works or data.
• Probing, scanning or stress-testing our infrastructure without written permission.
• Uploading or transmitting malware, or attempting to interfere with the service.
• Reselling, sublicensing or commercially exploiting works or certificates.
• Presenting IveVex works or shares as investments, securities or yield-bearing products.
• Harassing or abusing studio staff or other customers.

Security research

We welcome good-faith reports. Contact legal@ivevex.com before testing anything that could affect availability or other people's data, give us reasonable time to fix an issue, and do not access or retain data that is not yours.

Enforcement

Depending on severity we may warn you, decline or reverse a transaction, suspend or terminate access, withhold or void certificates, and report conduct to the relevant authorities. Where we terminate for a breach, purchases already delivered remain subject to the Refund Policy.
