NFT Purchase Terms

These Purchase Terms apply when you reserve a share of an IveVex digital collectible. They are in addition to the Terms of Service.

What you're buying

Each piece is released as a limited number of numbered editions. Each edition is divided into a fixed number of shares priced at kr 500 per share. Reserving one or more shares gives you a documented co-ownership record for that specific edition, recorded in your IveVex account and confirmed by an emailed certificate.

What you're not buying

A share is not a security, investment product, or financial instrument, and is not marketed as such. You should not purchase a share expecting a financial return. IveVex does not operate a secondary market and makes no representation about resale value or liquidity.

Intellectual property

Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights in the artwork remain with the studio. Owning a share does not grant commercial licensing rights.

Checkout and payment

Purchases are priced and processed in NOK. Payment is taken at checkout by card (Visa, Mastercard) or Apple Pay through Stripe. Your shares are allocated and your signed certificate is issued as soon as payment is confirmed. In the rare event shares cannot be allocated after a successful charge (for example due to a concurrency error), we will refund the affected amount in full.

Blockchain functionality

On-chain minting and public blockchain verification are not currently active. If we introduce those capabilities in the future, the terms and any associated fees will be published before they take effect and existing collectors will be notified.

Delivery

Digital delivery consists of your certificate and the record in your IveVex account. No physical item is shipped unless specifically stated for a given piece.

Risk acknowledgement

By reserving a share you acknowledge that digital collectibles are non-essential, discretionary purchases; that their perceived value is subjective; and that IveVex is a small studio operating during pre-launch.
